Kerry Chen is a Creative Entrepreneur from Kingston, Jamaica, who has spent most of her life interacting with, researching, and documenting Jamaican culture as a filmmaker and event producer.

Charmaine Wright has 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and communications. She also works as an External Affairs Consultant with the World Bank in the Caribbean.

Hannah Gulics is a young creative, writer and editor born and raised in South Florida. She is the Senior Associate Editor of Island Syndicate Magazine. Hannah is also a food and product photographer.

Karen Vick is an award-winning marketer, designer, brand strategist, and founder of Island Design Studio. Karen is mom to son Jamil and a founding member of the Jamaican Women of Florida.
